So...maybe I've been trying to bust out an unintended sequel to that magic sex thing that I wrote a while back.  And that sequel sprouted a plot. 

But how much is too much?

I swear, I really super wish I could tell when enough is enough. Because not only do I have a plot, I have alternate plots, and side plots. It's like I'm going to have pizza for dinner, right, except that pizza could be one of three different flavors, and maybe it's a calzone or it comes with garlic cheese sticks that seem like a good idea when you're hungry but then you fill up on breadsticks and you never end up getting the pizza.

That wasn't really an accurate analogy, but I think you get the point.

I'm struggling I guess because I'm editing the possibilities down, but they all seem like good ideas! I know I can't fit them all in without hurting the story as a whole. And even as I try to narrow it down, I get even more ideas, alternates of alternates. (Granted, I'm kind of pleased to have a concrete plot. I tend to either get a billion plot ideas for the same story or go into the story with no plot in mind at all and then struggle to think of what the characters will do.)

(Also, I clearly must be getting older cause it feels like I wrote the first story so recently, but it's been a year and change, hahahah. I always have things on the back burner, I guess. Must come from having a bunch of WIPs that I feel guilty about not finishing....yet.)

I'm going to go back to trying to hammer it out, and maybe, just maybe, flesh a little bit out.

So that meme, over there. I wrote a fic for it, which turned out to be a prompt from the fabulous devikun. I'm reposting here so I can feel accomplished, and also so I don't have to see it be all chopped up into comment-sized bits. Also, there is now a brand new epilogue for it! I didn't want to have to suffer through trying to get the comments to nest properly, so I've just stuck it here, with the rest of the fic.

The prompt: "Let's pretend for the moment that Kenren is (secretly or not) unofficial offspring of Rāgarāja (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C4%81gar%C4%81ja). Only since he was born out of wedlock, he doesn't have the full family graces, the downshort of this being that every hundred years or so his "powers" go a little haywire and for a month, every god in a ten mile radius is trying to hit on him, including Gojuun and/or Tenpou. I'd prefer one of them to manage to win/dominate him but cracky fill with Kenren trying his hardest to extricate himself from overly-zealous embraces and come-ons without ruining his career or losing Tenpou as a friend would be welcome. Of course, dirty "oh ok fine go ahead then" sex is also a-ok!

Short version: Kenren is in heat and everyone wants to tap that."

So, you remember Two If By Sea? Good!  (If not, refresh your memory here, on the master index page.) I wish I hadn't been stuck for so long: it seems like a disgustingly long wait (since, uh, September 2011, if memory serves) for a measly chapter. Phew! Porn to the rescue! No, really. This is the first thing I've shared in months. I'm trying  to do better, really I am. With the warm glow of *cough* accomplishment I got from writing this bit to my satisfaction, I hope to prod myself into working on other things. Like...anything else. XD Not that I wouldn't like to write porn all day every day, but it's way harder to do than it looks! Also, there's only so much tab A slot B that I can scribble out at one time before it all seems the same to me.

Okay. So I planned to have everything done to put out the final chapter of The Broad-Ford Crow, but it didn't happen. (Soon, though! ^_^) And given that that was the only thing I worked on today, I'm (kind of) cheating for the daily post today.

A while back, I'd toyed with one of the anon kink meme prompts, wherein Hakkai is grievously injured and Gojyo has to cope/kick ass/comfort/whatever, because the poster noticed there were a lot of grievously injured Gojyo and vengeful Hakkai prompts. I never got past the first page. (I found this one floating around in a folder where it did not belong...) Anyway, here it is! Rated R, I think, for the violence (read: post-torture Hakkai) and the language.
